Hi! I have been told to join a forum like this to help when things r tuff. I'm 25 and have been seeing a Marine for 10 months. We live together and we will be getting married soon. (Still waiting on the purposal and ring)

I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself some!

He finally popped the question! We will be getting married on Sept. 6th! I'm so happy!!

thank u!! i am pretty happy and scared. i don't know if i can handle him going over seas. i've never had to deal with something like that before.

iN 21 MONTHS I WILL BE GOING TO THE MILITARY!! DO YOU THINK IT IS HARD FOR FEMALES IN THE MILITARY

All I know is what my fiancee has told me. He says not really. He is constantly trying to get me to join so when he goes to Iraq, I can go. He says I could do it.

Hi my name is Sunshine.. I am kinda new too but I've known my husband for 6 years before we got married June, 8 2006.. I think I understand more of the Deployment Since we've been married he hasn't been deployed. He's been to kuwait/Iraq and when he leaves he's either going to Afganistan or Germany hopefully germany cause then I'll get to go.. I think thats it's so exciting being and Army wife I love to learn new things.. But as I always say Not only; Army wife is the hardest job in the Army....

It's not hard for females to be in the military... I am around soldiers every day... And I see alot of females, And i have asked them if it was hard and they all have said no that they like it.. You'll be ok.. It's not as bad as you think it is..... <3 Sunshine
