ok well you should just be aware dont loose too much weight, first of all its unhealthy and 2nd of all it doesnt look good when you are too skinny. just excercise and eat healthy ( cut down on junk food) hope i help! good luck!!

Make sure to eat Breakfast if you don't your body thinks you are being starved then it will hold on to all the extra stuff you don't need. So start off the day by eatting even something small, if you don't it will be even harder to lose weight.

Sometimes heart problem happens just because of overweight, as overweight is the reason of many health problems. We always try to have healthy food and try to avoid food which is not good for health. My sister was facing the same problem, and then someone suggested her to try Mark Patrick's programs. Really it worked now she is feeling better and she doesn’t have any health problem. You also try it once hope you will also feel better after loosing some weight.

if i can suggest..you must sport or gym or jogging.
It will help you for lose weight.
But you must dicipline and routine for do that. and don`t lazy.
Eat meal with contains high fiber, don`t eat to much junk food and fat.
Maybe it will help you.:)

Losing weight quickly can be very taxing on your body. When I say "quickly", I'm talking about trying to lose x pounds in a day. It can be done by basically dehydrating your body but it you will gain it back in a day or two. The best advice is to eat a healthy diet and exercise daily. And lay off the soft drinks and unhealthy snacks and drink more water.
