My Husband...my Marine

I JUST WANTED TO INTRODUCE MYSELF. MY NAME IS CYNTHIA AND MY HUSBAND GOT DEPLOYED WHEN I WAS 7 MONTHS PREGNANT RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS OF THIS YEAR. MY SON TURNS 4 MONTHS ON THE 11TH AND MY HUSBAND HAS NOT MET HIM YET. I'VE TAKEN IT ONE DAY AT A TIME AND WHEN IT SEEMS LIKE I WON'T MAKE IT ONE MORE DAY MY SON SMILES. MY HUSBAND IS COMING HOME NEXT MONTH. IT'S BEEN THE HARDEST THING I'VE EVER HAD TO PULL THROUGH, BUT I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING. I'M PROUD OF HIM.

Hello....wow you are such a strong women taking care of your child while your husband is deployed. I have a fiance who is in the Airforce and I'm hoping he never has to go to Iraq. He is currently doing his tech. school and after he's finished..we're going to get married. And I have NO idea what to expect being a military wife. my fiance is in the Marines. We've hardly spent a day with out each other over the past two years. Since were not married yet I can't go with him to any bases or anything and it really sucks. We have a three year old. From one of his past girlfriends and the biological mother is in an out of the picture. She comes and goes as she wants so the little girl knows me as her mom and I'm here alone taking care of her. I've never had family to support me and I really only have my two best friends and my fiance's sister. I wont see him for four more months and each day just seems to go by slower than the last. The worste part is when our little three old girl askes where daddy is. She misses him so much. I really hope things get better because I miss him so much.
