So, basically, my little brother is in the Air Force and got pulled from his base in Germany to go to Iraq to drive convoys. Sucks, yeah, pretty much. My mom is having a super hard time with it, especially when he calls and talks about close calls he's had, and then there were the two Air Force guys in January that got killed. My little bro was in a truck with them both just two weeks before, one of them slept only 4 beds down from him......I'd love to have someone to talk to who knows what its like! my MySpace is www.myspace.com/litaul Hit me up!

My nineteen year old son was deployed to iraq last saturday, leaving behind his wife and one week old daughter... he will be gone for eighteen months... he informed me he was being deployed via e-mail... i never got to hug, kiss or even say good bye to my son.... my biggest fear is a couple of things, will his daughter remember hi, will he walk of the plane, will he be carried off the plane in a casket drapped with the american flag, will i get that knock on my door in the middle of the night telling me my son has died in combat???
