Hi! I am 35 years old lady and really becoming belligerent due to fast increasing weight. I made lots of efforts to reduce it but didn’t get any fruitful outcomes. I really feel uncomfortable when I come in contact with people who are slim and smart. I also want my appearance like them. Please give me some suggestions for reducing the constantly growing weight.

Don’t be so deprived it is really a familiar issue today. Many people are facing this problem like yours. But every problem has some solution also. Few days ago one of my friend met me and she was also facing the same problem in past but now she seems to be very happy and confident. I think this is easy to loose the weight by doing some simple things. These are some indoor exercises and controlling food eating behavior.

To be honest, you're doing the best thing for yourself by exercising and cutting back on your calories, but remember you need 1,000-2,000 per day.
You have to eat to burn calories.
You won't have anything to fuel your metabolism if you don't eat right.
You can take whey protein, adding it into a smoothie of lowfat vanilla icecream, 1% milk, and fruit twice a day ---
Protein boosts your metabolism.
& helps to build muscle mass.
I would not recommend any diet pills to you --
My sister became a workout freak and takes so many pills to keep the weight off, and took a good bit while she was trying to lose the weight --
She now has heart problems; a common side effect of diet pill use.
I'd stay away from them.
There's only a handful that are actually FDA approved.
Alli is a pill that's approved by the FDA -- you can find it in your local grocery store.

Obesity is a big problem now days, many people suffer health problem just because of it. According to me swimming is the best way to do exercise. It helps us in many ways. But with it we have to control on our eating habits too. We need to avoid that food which has fat. I was having the same problem then my friend suggested me to try Mark Patrick's programs . you must fitness or window shopping if you want weight loss.
Because we must burn our fat from meal which we eat everyday.
And not enough if we only one time / week for fitness or walk or jogging.
We must do it routine and dicipline

I am also been troggling with a weight problem. I found it important to exercise at least 3-4 times a week; If possible exercise daily at least 30 min.'s. I have a treadmill for which I walk 30 min.'s and ensure to drink at least 8 glass of water a day. You can also use some weight for those arms -- 3-5 lbs to work on getting them lean. This seems to work for me -- please ensure to follow the instructions. You will get great results with this. I have -- It is not instant but you will see a gradual change.

You can consider these points:

Dicipline in meal, wake up and go to bed time, exercise or gym.
And definetely you must eat vegetables and meal which contain a lot of fiber.
