Do a Google search of your name. Does it come up? If yes, then you may be screwed, especially if you have an uncommon name. If no, then you're probably ok. Employers are perfectly within their rights to not hire you because of this. Some people may not care and hire you anyway, but many employers will care and refuse to hire you.

However, if you have a rather common name, then you're probably ok. Employers aren't going to actually watch the video to see if it's you. Most will probably assume that it isn't you.
