No I can live only for 3 months without daieng .

You can dye your hair intermediately. But be sure to use a deep conditioning shampoo and conditioner to restore your hair and prevent dryness.

I used to bleach my hair every 10 days and get it blond if your hair is good hair and ifyou cut it over and change it all the time you can do it as much as you want but when its very long and dying it time after time maybe four times it will break off but that is only some people.

usually, it's 3 months...depends on your hair how fast it grows...how often you will need to cover your gray hair... :)
